I've Been on Both Sides of the Camera. And Both Sides of the Casting Table.

For most photographers, headshot sessions are purely technical. Good light, decent direction, decent results.

Working with me is different. Because I've been where you are.

I'm a working actor, represented and actively performing in film, television, and theatre. I've also worked as a casting associate on the production side, which means I've spent time evaluating headshots, not just taking them.

I bring all of that into the session with you. When we talk about your type before we shoot, I'm drawing on real industry experience. When I'm directing your expression or helping you choose your final images, I understand what casting is actually looking for — because I've been in that room too.

You'll leave with more than good photos. You'll leave better prepared for what comes next.

Why Most Actor Headshots Don't Work

Most headshots fail for the same three reasons:

No Clear Casting Type

The photos don't communicate who you are in the room, so casting can't place you.

No Real Direction

The actor isn't coached into natural, believable moments. Just told to smile.

Not Submission-Ready

The images don't match how headshots are actually evaluated and submitted.

So the photos look fine… but don't get used.

That's exactly what we fix.

Here's how pricing works so you know what to expect before you inquire:

$250

Session Price

Professional headshot session with coaching and expert lighting. Multiple wardrobe changes included.

$125

Per Image Selected

You only pay for the images you choose after the session. No packages, no pressure.

This approach:

lets you control your investment

keeps everything transparent

avoids confusing package math

Common investments:

1 headshot (theatrical or commercial): $375

2-3 looks (theatrical + commercial): $500–$625

Complete package (4+ images, multiple looks): $750–$1,000+

You choose how many images fit your needs.

These sessions are designed for actors who are serious about doing this well, whether you're just getting started or already submitting.

If you're looking for something quick or inexpensive, there are plenty of options out there. This just isn't one of them.

Common Questions

What Clients Want to Know

Most working actors choose 6-12 images: typically a mix of theatrical and commercial looks, plus variations. This gives you options for different casting calls.

Both! Theatrical headshots are dramatic, serious, and show range. Commercial headshots are friendly, approachable, and marketable. We'll shoot both in your session — you decide which final images you want based on your current audition needs.

Absolutely! Bring 3-5 wardrobe options: solid colors and layers work best (avoid busy patterns and logos). We'll shoot multiple looks during your session, giving you variety to choose from.

Rush delivery is available! Mention your deadline when you contact me, and I'll prioritize your headshots. Standard turnaround is 5-7 days, but we can get you images faster when needed.
